The front desk staff were friendly, particularly Ellery, who really brightened my mornings and helped address my concerns promptly. I appreciated that housekeeping was responsive when I requested fresh soap and clean linens. However, I did find some leftover linen from previous guests in the bathroom and some minor maintenance issues, like chipped furniture and a noisy room near the freeway. Also, the lack of automatic doors made it challenging when carrying luggage. Overall, some improvements in room cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay even better.

This hotel is just a quick drive to Westport Plaza and not too far from some fun spots like the Holocaust Museum. We enjoyed our stay with our dog. the space was comfy and worked for our big family.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this hotel! Loved being just a 2-minute drive from Westport Plaza and only 9 minutes from the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre. The spacious rooms with kitchens made our stay super comfortable. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. Highly recommend for group stays!
